I’ve been following The Food Revolution Network for quite a few years now. It was set up by John and Ocean Robbins with a simple mission in mind – To help people make healthier, more ethical and sustainable food choices. This is something that I am hugely passionate about too and I am a big fan of their work. They are one of the many inspirations that have led me to follow a mostly plant based diet.

What is the Food Revolution Network?

I often refer to their website and blog when I’m looking for nutrition information. Their blog is also packed full of really interesting articles. They cover topics from gardening and sustainability along with healthy recipes to try and much more.


The Food Revolution Summit.

I’ve also signed up for a number of their Food Revolution Summits over the past few years. They’re really insightful into the science behind plant based nutrition. I would highly recommend signing up for the Summits if you’re interested in learning more about eating a healthy diet and the science behind. You’ll hear the latest cutting-edge insights into plant based eating from some of the best world leading and visionary experts.

The Food Revolution Network shares a message that is incredibly important and relevant for our time. Now more than ever before, the fate of our planet is in our hands. John Robbins also hosts a Food For Health Masterclass.

John is one of the world’s most beloved natural health experts. His books have sold millions of copies, and he’s widely considered one of the leaders of the modern “health food” movement.

The 31 Day Food Revolution Book.

Ocean Robbins released a book a couple of years ago called the 31 Day Food Revolution. I’ve mentioned this book before in my post: ‘7 Essential Resources for Plant Based Living‘. I would highly recommend this book if you’re looking to make a lifestyle change. This isn’t a 31 day diet, rather consider it a starting point on a journey to a healthier life. I don’t believe in ‘dieting’. You can only achieve true results and health if you maintain new habits as part of your lifestyle. This book is perfect if you want to adopt a plant based diet but aren’t sure where to start!
